Phone us for an appointment, advice or support. We will believe and support you, and treat you with respect.

You don’t have to be referred, or speak to the police, to see us.

Please be aware that we are not a walk-in service. Please only come to the Havens if you have an appointment.

If the assault was in the last seven days

Call 020 3299 6900, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We can:

  • give advice on things like what to do next, forensic medical examinations, and reporting to the police
  • book an appointment for a forensic medical examination and medical help.

If the assault was more than seven days ago

Call 020 3299 1599 for advice about support we can give if the assault was over seven days ago. This phone line is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. It is closed on weekends and bank (public) holidays.

This could be aspects of your personal life, for example, your gender, sexuality, neurodiversity, faith or cultural background that might be important for us to know when thinking about and discussing your needs.

If you need an interpreter

When you make an appointment, let us know if you need an interpreter, and we will arrange one for you.

Interpreters will respect your privacy and keep to a strict code of confidentiality.
