If you are looking for therapeutic support, you can also contact your GP or London Survivors Gateway who will be able to help. For help and counselling, please go to the London Survivors Gateway website. Our self-help guide provides information about common psychological and emotional reactions to sexual assault that you might find useful.
If you report the rape or assault to the police first, they will organise your visit to the Havens.
We can arrange for you to have an interpreter, including someone who can interpret British Sign Language (BSL). Please let us know that you need one when you make your appointment.
