We help you to deal with and recover from the physical and emotional effects of the assault. We aim to give you the information you need to take control and make the best choices for you.
Everything you do at the Havens is up to you – you choose which, if any, of our services you want to use. We want you to feel comfortable with your decisions and will support you whatever choices you make.
You can use our services without having to report the assault or rape to the police, unless you are under 13.

You can also get advice and help from other support organisations.
